Word Card Making Day

Today is World Card Making Day!
Several companies are having blog hops.  Check them out for lots of inspiration. Be sure to make a card and if you can, send some to Operation Write Home!

Paper Smooches has a challenge today to make a card with a few options.  I choose to make a one layer card and use pink.

 
Penny Black has several challenges today. I have their Critter Party stamps and thought this one would work with the sketch. Got to try out some of my new Copic Markers and the fine tip nibs.

I finally got to use some velvety ribbon I've had for awhile along with some Cosmo Cricket "Tea for Two" paper and one of the Cuttlebug "Decorative Tile" embossing folders.

My little hedgehog didn't show up so well on the cream background and I didn't have the right lighter shade of green so I used the YG61 Copic color I used on the gift background to color some paper. I think it makes him stand out better.
